The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle wreck this morning in north Santa Rosa County that claimed the life of a Northview teacher and coach. James G. Ross, 51, of Milton was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:02 a.m. by emergency personnel.
Ross, a former U.S. Marine, was a Naval sciences and ROTC instructor at Northview since 2002. He also coached the cross country team, according to the school's Web site.
