Summer Training Blog: Key West's Nicole Matysik: Getting Faster In Nation's Southern Most Point

There aren't a ton of hills or trails in the nation's southern most point of Key West, Florida, the home of Nicole Matysik. That's not stopping the Conchs' sophomore, who has a personal best of 18:27.06 and was 35th at the Cross Country Finals, from putting in quality miles and preparing for the upcoming cross country season. Over the course of the year, Matysik will be sharing her training log as well as her journey to the state meet in November. (Photo by Marie Ohayon)
