Middle School 3k

8th grader Ellie Pleune who runs for the Hillsborough Harriers opened up her 2016 season with a win in the girls middle school race at the Jim Ryun Season Opener. Pleune, who was 13th at the 2015 FLYRA Middle School Cross Country State Championships, clocked the fastest 3k time so far this season, running 11:29.49.

Middle School 2 Mile

Westminster Academy 8th grader Brian Washburn owns the fastest time of any middle school boy at 2 miles. Washburn won the Martin County Under The Lights middle school boys race in 13:16.69.
