Do you have any impact freshmen coming in or transfers?

None.

What has the preseason training been like? What are you focusing on and what have you been the most impressed with?

Preseason training has been challenging for them. Our focus this year is to stay healthy throughout the season. I have a high expectations of the girls that have returned to the program this year.

What meets are you keying in on this year?

This year we will compete in the Kowboy and Hallandale Invitational, both meets will be a test of how good we are as a team.

What are the goals of this year's squad?

The goals for this year is the same as last year: Win conference, district and regional to contend for the state title. Most importantly though, stay healthy.

How would you describe this year's team?

This year's team is a lot smaller than last year but we have some quality athletes. Five of them competed in the state meet last year in individual events and relays.

Is there anything else you want to add.
