More About Sarah:
Sarah Grace created a healthy recipe website, Fresh Fit n Healthy, while in college at the University of Florida as an outlet to demonstrate how healthy eating doesn't have to be tasteless or boring, after resigning from being on their D1 cross country and track team. Now reaching over 100,000 followers combined, she not only has accomplished that goal, but has been able to turn her passion into a career. In the past year as Sarah Grace has grown herself, she has slowly rebranded Fresh Fit n Healthy, transforming it from a simple, recipe-focused blog created by a college girl, to a professional, health-focused website run by a young entrepreneur.
As a social media influencer, ambassador, and athlete, she has traveled across the country with Quest Nutrition, and partnered with companies like Silk, SmartWater, Adidas, Reebok, Rockin' Refuel, and PowerBar in educational posts. As a dietetic intern, she has gotten experience in many different athletic realms, including time spent with the Atlanta Falcons and Dr. Benardot, the Minnesota Twins and Kate Moran, and in the collegiate setting at both the University of Florida and Florida State University.
As a soon to be dietitian, Sarah Grace has recently teamed up with Titus Sports in Tallahassee FL, to help provide nutritional information to their clients, including professional athletes. Upon passing her RD exam in summer 2017, she plans on continuing her entrepreneurial work with Fresh Fit n Healthy and her own consulting business (www.sarahgracespann.com), along with gaining valuable experience in the sports nutrition field by working with Titus Sports Academy."
