Valby ran a PR of 17:46.90 at the North Port Invitational two weeks ago. This has been a breakout season for the East Lake junior. She started off her season running a PR of 19:17 at the Jim Ryun Invitational.
Each week she has improved her performances and this week she will compete against FL #1 Carly McNatt and #4 Tsion Yared. It will be exciting to watch as these Florida girls battle with the best athletes in the southeast.
