SUNDAY
9:09 a.m. - "Last few hours in New York. Kermit and I really enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully we are invited back next year."
SATURDAY
3:17 p.m. - "The conditions sucked, but I was able to pull out a win. I ran 10.47 into a -3.0 headwind. Kermit got 4th and isn't too happy bout that. I love New York. I think I'm going to buy myself a t-shirt."
9:38 a.m. - "Here we are at raceday! About to head to the track with Kermit. I did an interview yesterday at the track with MileSplit. Check it out."
FRIDAY
10:05 p.m. - "In the middle of Time Square. This place is nice! About to go to Applebees."
7:37 p.m. - "Practice went smooth. I just did some starts with Kermit (Levonte Whitfield) now I'm on the way back to the hotel sitting next to Octavious Freeman on the bus."
5:17 p.m. - "Been on the bus for an hour and still haven't made it to the track. Oh my god my butt is numb."
4:14 p.m. - "I just shook hands with Tyson Gay himself. Now in the buses getting ready to train. Grind time!"
3:44 p.m. - "The press conference was pretty cool. I did about three interviews, just lounged around, and a few laughs with Octavious (Freeman) and Tynia (Gaitiher)."
1:32 p.m. - "Hanging out with Shayla Sanders. She's a really cool person. I'm really enjoying this trip."
11:54 a.m. - "Done with the meeting. Out grabbing a bite to eat. I have a press conference at 2:30 and I am very excited about that."
10:05 a.m. - "Meeting this morning at 10:30. I guess we're going to get the itinerary and stuff. We also go to the track. I'm real excited to see what it looks like."
THURSDAY
7:43 p.m. - "Just got back from doing a little shopping and eating. Downtown Manhattan is nice. I really want to see where they filmed Godzilla lol."
6:28 p.m. - "Hotel is really nice. Just getting ready to go grab a bite to eat. Man, New York is expensive."
5:01 p.m. - "Just got off the plane. Loving every inch of La Guardia. About to get in the car and be on our way to the hotel."
WEDNESDAY
6:30 p.m. - "It is the day before we head out. I'm feeling real good and the shoulder is getting better by the second. I think it's going to be a great experience. I had a light practice today with Kermit (Levonte Whitfield). We did 30 meter starts."
