Tamari Davis has been setting records on the track since she was nine years old. As a 14 year old, she set the world record in her age group for 200 meters, winning the prestigious Prefontaine high school race in a time of 23.21. In 2018, she set indoor national records at 60m (7.25) and 200m (23.21) winning national championships this past weekend. Now a freshman at Gainesville HS the outdoor season is just starting to unravel including a primetime meet this weekend at the Bob Hayes Invitational. 

Over the course of the season we will follow Davis and share her training log from Coach Gary Evans exclusively with our audience.

Week 3: March 12 - March 18, 2018

Monday: Pool Workout
