Amber Duncan will go down as the best Distance runner to ever come out of Armwood HS. She finishes with the school record in the 1600, 3200, and 5k. She also has the 3k and 1500 records. Amber will be competing at the University of Tampa on a XC and Track scholarship. We are so proud of her accomplishments on the track and in the classroom. She will be missed by the program but we wish her all the best.

Amber broke her School record with a 7th place finish in the Region with a time of 19:33. She enters her first State meet of her career.

Amber broke the Armwood School XC record at the 2010 3A District 4 Championships. Her time of 20:07 bested Danielle Newsome's record set a year before. Amber finished 4th overall in the race. She is an individual qualifier to the Region, where she finished 16th last year.

Amber finished 16th in the Region meet, one spot from earning a State qualification as an individual. She ran a 20:50 during the XC season and ran a 20:25 at the Turkey Trot. She looks to lead the Hawks next year on their quest for a State qualification.
