Lauren Eschbach, Class of 2011 , senior at Fort Walton Beach High School, signed a Letter of Intent to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida on Monday, March 28, 2011.  She was awarded a academic and athletic scholarship and will run cross country and middle distance in Track.  She is very excited to join and team with Coach Hopfe and Coach Rosalino.  She is also looking forward to earning her private pilot's license while studying aeronautical science.
