Ransom Everglades senior Debbie Ajagbe set a new US#1 mark in the discus with a throw of 148'9". Even more impressive was that she allegedly tossed the implement in the neighborhood of 170 feet right before, but the mark didn't count because she stepped outside of the circle. We merged the results from across the state to find out who won the week.

17'3! Winter Park's Greg Skage Sets New Pole Vault State Record Todd Grasley Feb 25, 2017

Winter Park senior and Air Force signee Greg Skage has cemented himself in Florida pole vault history. The Air Force signee who cleared a FL#3 All-Time mark of 16'9 on Monday and barely missed attempts at 17'3 finally hit the mark at the Lake Brantley Invitational. Caitlin Collier proved she's not playing around in 2017. The Bolles standout who swept the 2A state meet in 2016 in the 800, 1,600, and 3,200 opened up with a bang the 13th Annual-Flagler Technical Institute -East Coast Classic. Collier won the 1,600 in a US#1 time of 4:54.99 and followed that up with another nation leader in the 800 running 2:09.37.


Senior Boys Rankings: Tariq Evans Key Factor In East Ridge's Success Todd Grasley Feb 24, 2017

Tariq Evans has a very good problem on his hands. The East Ridge senior seems to succeed in every event he is asked to do whether it's the sprints, hurdles, jumps, or on the Knights' 4x100 and 4x400m relay teams. Evans, who is uncommitted at the moment is ranked first in the 200 (21.73), 300m hurdles (38.16), and first in the long jump 23'4. We take a look at the top 50 senior boys in every event.
