How to Enter
Teams
There are three things you need to do to be officially entered!
1. Fill out and send in the entry form.
2. Send in the entry fee.
3. Submit your roster on Direct Athletics.
High School Teams
$50 per gender. JV is free with varsity. No second varsity teams allowed. Individual entries are $10. Seven per varsity team, unlimited JV.

Middle School Teams
$50 per gender. Unlimited atletes. $10 for individual entries.

College/University
$50 per gender. Unlimited athletes. Redshirts must enter as as individuals. Unattached individual entries $10.

Individuals
Individuals have two distinct options. 1) We accept individuals (who are elligible) into our high school, middle school, and college races. 2) The Chain of Lakes 5K will be a race open to the community, held in conjunction with the flrunners.com Invitational.
Individual in High School/Middle School/College Races
Non-collegiate adults are also welcome to enter the college race. To enter as an individual, please
send in the entry form and payment. You do not need to use Direct Athletics this year. Entry fee is
$10 before the deadline, $25 if received after.
