Regional Championship Meet Information
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ONSITE REGISTRATION
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE DONE ONLINE BEFORE DEADLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fees are as follows Paid onsite:
Cash or money order only!!!!

$12.00 per athlete, $20.00 per relay

$300.00 for teams of 30 or more &
$60.00 cap for unlimted relays for team of 30 or more

Admission Fees
$5.00 Ages 15 and up
$2.00 Ages 6-14
5 years old and under free of charge

Meet Opens
Coaches, Athletes, Parents

Make a note of the changes
2:15-3:15pm. Only Coaches and athletes will be allowed, no spectators. To pick up team packets

3:15-5:00pm. General Packet pick up to include Unattached athletes and parents.

3:30pm Coaches Meeting

4pm 3000m and Field.

4:30pm. 4x400 following the original running events already schedule.

Coaches who arrive at the school Belen Jesuit before 3pm will not have parking available. The students get out at 3pm. At 3:15 parking will become available, for everyone.

Those arriving before 3:15pm will need to park at nearby park operated by Miami Dade Parks & Rec and walk in, or be dropped off. The park is no less than a mile on 127thave, from the school.

Please understand that this is to control traffic. Once we get started we are going to move very fast to get the meet done. We do not have lights, and we need to take advantage of the sunlight.

Next,
At the Coaches meeting we ask that Coaches please indicate scratches, athletes not competing, need to be acknowledge at packet pick up and at Check in so that we can run the meet as smooth as possible.

Finally, we can not make any on-site, add on, or event changes. Please understand that we all need to work together to make this a success for everyone. Coaches, Athletes, Parents,

Elementary Awards will be scored separately from the middle school events.

How to Qualify for the State Meet:
You may qualify through one of two ways....

1. Hit a Qualifying Standard - We will recognize ANY meet as a qualifier this year as long as they have a fully-automatic timing (professional service preferred), use Hytek or RaceTab software for meet management, and get meet results to flrunners.com in a timely fashion. This is different from past years where we only recognized certain meets as qualifiers.

2. Finish First at our Regional Championship - The meets that are recognized as regional championships have the added benefit that if you win the event at your middle school regional meet you automatically move on, regardless of if you hit the qualifying time/mark or not.

Elementary Athletes are welcomed only for this South Regional Championships!
Winners of this division do not advance by place.
