Time: 8:30 AM Coaches Meeting in front of press box (No additions - scratches only)

*The 9:00 running events will be contested with the Boys first followed by Girls, at 11:00 the events will be contested Girls then Boys.

* All running contestants will report to the Clerk of Course in the area of the 100 M start when 1st call is made.


* All field event contestants will report to the event official in that event area when 1st call is made.


* Athletes are not to be in the infield except when competing.


Entry: Online Entry must be done by Wednesday, March 7, 2012 by 11:59 pm. Website for online entries is:

* Each school will be allowed a maximum of 2 entries per running event (400 hurdles and Steeple Chase).


* Each school will be allowed 1 relay team per event.


-Each school can enter 2 athletes in the Long Jump and 1 athlete in the Triple Jump. Three different athletes
must compete in the long jump and triple jump. Athletes may not compete in both. The best effort of each athlete will combine for the Long Jump/Triple Jump Relay score.

-Each school can enter 2 athletes in the High Jump and 1 athlete in the Pole Vault. The best effort of each athlete
will combine for the High Jump/Pole Vault relay score.

-Each school can enter 3 athletes in the Shot Put. Each athletes best effort will combine for the Shot Put relay score.

-Each school can enter 3 athletes in the Discus. Each athletes best effort will combine for the Discus relay score.

* Entries will not be accepted by phone, fax or email.


Fees: $ 100 per school (boys and girls) (Make check payable to Winter Park High School Athletic Dept.)

Admission: $5.00 for spectators.

Awards: Team Championship and runner up trophies will be awarded. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 relays in each event.
