Entry Fee: $100.00 for both, $50 per one gender. $5 per individual

Deadlines: (UPDATED) Entries By 3/15/12 on flrunners

Limitations: 1) Only 2 athletes per event.
3) Contestants are limited to scoring in 4 events, only 3 running.
4) ¼ inch spikes are the maximum allowed on track.
5) No stereos, radios, etc. will be allowed.

Timing: Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) provided by Elite Timing.

Scoring: Individual: 10-8-6-4-3-2-1
Relay: 10-8-6-4-3-2-1

Awards: Ist Place Medals, Ribbons 2nd-6th,
Team and Runner-Up Trophies

Admissions: $5.00 at the gate – school policy
