When: Saturday, September 15, 2012
Where: Pace Cross-Country Complex, 5500 Education Drive Pace, FL 32571
Course: 5000 meters Very FAST, great footing! Spectator Friendly 
Sanction: Applied for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee

Schedule
7:30 AM: Coaches' meeting
8:00 AM: Varsity girls
8:45 AM: Varsity boys
9:30 AM: Open 5k

$60.00 per team of 5-7 runners or $6.00 per individual
Varsity team is limited to 7 runners, while there is no limit in the Open race.
JV teams are free in the OPEN race with a paid Varsity team.
Entry Deadline: 6:00 p.m. September 12, 2012
Late entries will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2012, BUT a $15 penalty will be assessed per school for entries received after the September 12 deadline. Only scratches or omissions will be allowed the day of the race.

Awards
 20 place ribbons each race
 1st and 2nd place varsity individual trophies in each race
 1st and 2nd place varsity team trophies
 Meet T-shirt for the winner of each race and each winning coach

 splits given at each mile and visible finish clock, safety observers on course

 Hy-Tek scoring, printed results available at Awards ceremony

 trainers available at finish

 Concessions will be on sale

 a wide variety of meet and running T-Shirts will be on sale
