We will need help with timing.

ENTRY: Limited to 4 entries allowed per event
A relay teams only

Scoring will be based on number of teams entered (7 currently). It will change if team numbers change.
We will score up to 7 places for individuals (10-8-6-4-3-2-1)
We will score up to 7 places for relays (10-8-6-4-3-2-1)
3 attempts in LJ/TJ/Shot/Disc
Check-Ins for all running events at the 100M starting line.
Check-Ins for field events at the event.
Bring coolers, water and snacks.
Submit all entries through FLRUNNERS.COM

We will need coaches or knowledgeable parents help in the field events.
