KESWICK CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
LIPHAM RELAYS - 2014
DATE: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH, 2014
COST: $50 PER SCHOOL (Please make checks payable to Keswick Christian School)
TIME: 3:30 COACHES MEETING
4:00 START TIME FOR FIELD EVENTS AND 4 X 800 RELAY
We are no longer allowed to run a Co-ed Relay meet with boys and girls running in the same race according to FHSAA. However, all events for this meet are scored together so that we have an overall champion and runner-up. Limit 2 athletes per field event and limit each athlete to three running events or less. No athlete may compete in more than 4 total events.
Field Events included are:
Shot Put Long Jump
Discus Triple Jump
Pole Vault High Jump
All Running Events are relays only. There will be no open races. Each of the relays will be all girls and all boys NOT CO-ED. The various relay events in order of how they will be run are:
4:00pm 4 x 800 Relay
4:30pm 4 x 100 Relay
4:45pm Distance Relay (800, 400, 1200, 1600)
5:15pm Sprint Relay (100, 100, 200, 400)
5:30pm Endurance Relay (400, 800, 800, 1200)
6:00pm 4 x 200 Relay
6:30pm 4 x 400 Relay
These times are all approximate and subject to change.
Each relay winner will receive a medal. There will be trophies for overall champion school and runner-up school.
Please send an email to Karrmayne King letting her know you would like to enter your team. We are only allowing 16 teams to compete (kking@keswickchristian.org).
Please also note that you will be required to assist running some of the field events to keep the meet moving.
