Location: All Saints Academy---5001 State Road 540 West Winter Haven FL 33880
Entry Fee: $50 per team
Registration: All Registration will be completed through flrunners.com. All Registration must be in by Tuesday, February 25th! After Tuesday, NO changes will be accepted. On race day, only scratches can be made. No added entries. Coaches are encouraged to make scratches by Wednesday, as meet management will flow more smoothly on race day! (less empty lanes = faster track meet). Please e-mail Scratches to dlofton@bigdawgrunnin.com
Entry Rules: All athletes may only participate in 4 events. Coaches may enter up to 3 athletes per event. All athletes with no entry marks will be given no seeding time, and seeded last. All Finals are Heats against Time.
Gate Fee: Adults - $4.00 Children (12 - 18) - $2.00 Children under 12 - Free

5pm Coach's Meeting (scratches only meeting at the start /finish line (less empty lanes=faster meet)
5pm 4x800 girls/boys
330pm
Girls / Boys Long Jump, Triple Jump to follow
Girls Shot, Boys to follow
Boys Discus, Girls to follow
Boys and Girls High jump at the same time. (girls in the gym and boys in the parking lot)
*LJ, TJ, SP, DT - 3 attempts each athlete, no finals
***Opening Heights for high jump will be established.
440pm---open 800 and 1600 will be ran together at the same time for any athletes that you have that you want to run because they are not your top 3 800 or 1600 runners. Its unofficial race and the coaches athletes will time.
