Meet Information

According to FHSAA rules, athletes may only participate in 4 events(running or field). You may enter up to 4 athletes per event in all running events, and 4 per event for field events. Please be considerate when entering entry marks, as the heats will be seeded based on time. All athletes with no entry marks will be given no time, and will be seeded last.

Athletes in the long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus will receive 3 throws and jumps. Starting heights for the Pole Vault and High Jump will be given at the coaches meeting. The running events will be on a rolling schedule. All running events will be finals and all heats are against time. There will be NO prelims. Entries must be submitted on FLrunners.com by Tuesday, March 18th. Please contact Chris Sumner at 850-567-6175 or LFCSumner3@aol.com with any concern or questions regarding entries.

The top 3 individuals and top 3 relay teams in each event will receive awards. Team Champion and runners up will also receive awards. Entry Fee - $50 per Gender per team
