Registration will be limited to 12 teams.

Entry Fees
$150.00 per school (a boys and girls team)
$85.00 for only a boys or a girls team

Registration
1. All registration will take place on-line through the flrunners.com
2. Please have all entries completed by Sunday, March 29.
3. You can register 2 teams per track event (excluding 1600m Team Race ), 1 pair per field event.

Admissions
$5.00 for all spectators

Time Schedule
Please do not arrive on campus before 3:00 due to school traffic.

3:30 Coaches Meeting
4:00 Field Events (2 athlete pairs, marks combined for scoring)
Boys Discus (Girls to follow)
Girls Shot Put (Boys to follow)
Girls and Boys Long Jump (Triple Jump to follow)
Girls High Jump (Boys to follow)
Girls Pole Vault (Boys to follow)
4:30 Track Events
4x800m
2x100mH, 2x110mH (combined time)
4x100m
Medley Relay (200-200-400-800)
1600m Team Race (3 athletes, scored like cross country)
Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
2x300mH (combined time)
4x200m
Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600)
4x400m
** All teams need to have at least one coach available to help work a field event at the meet.
