BRC INVITATIONAL SCHEDULE FOR OCT. 3, 2015:
7:00 a.m. - Coaches' Meeting at amphitheater
8:00 a.m. - Girls' Varsity (7 runners per team)
We will cut off timing/results at 8:35 a.m. for girls varsity race. No finishers after 35:00 will be recorded. Please run those athletes in JV race.
8:40 a.m. - Boys' Varsity (7 runners per team)
We will cut off timing/results at 9:10 a.m. for boys varsity. No finishers after 30:00 will be recorded. Please run those athletes in JV race.
9:15 a.m. - Girls' JV (unlimited)
10:00 a.m. - Boys' JV (unlimited)
*11:00 a.m. - door prizes
*11:15 a.m. - awards
*These times are approximate. We will begin door prizes and awards as soon as the results are ready.
Bus parking: Colonial Baptist Church, 2616 51st St W, Bradenton, FL 34209 or in the main entrance at GT Bray Park. There will be no bus parking or drop offs or turning around at the 51st Street Park (amphitheater & finish area) entrance.
Car parking: main GT Bray Park parking lots near soccer fields and restrooms. Intersection of 33rd Ave Dr W and 51st St W.
Team tent area is in the grass behind the amphitheater. Teams may NOT set up in the amphitheater or on the soccer fields.
AWARDS:
Backpacks to winning varsity teams. Trophies to top 3 varsity teams and top 2 JV teams. Individual awards to top 30 varsity and top 10 JV. Top 10 varsity t-shirts. Special awards for individual JV winners too! Door prizes and much more.
More awards and prizes than any other meet!
HOW TO ENTER:
Please send in your entry fee to secure your spot in the meet. The meet will fill on a first come, first served basis based on when entry fees are received. We do cap the meet at 18 teams. We also offer more awards and prizes than any other XC meet! No refunds as we have already ordered the awards, shirts, timing company, and officials. Thank you.
The entry fee for this meet is $150 per school (for both boys & girls) or $100 for one gender. Please make checks payable to Manatee HS Cross Country. JV is free with varsity entry.

Note: We are using chips in the bibs for recording finish order and times. Athletes must pin the bib number on front of jersey using 4 pins. Any teams who enter athletes in the meet but do not pay entry fee and do not participate will be charged for the cost of the chips/bibs. Teams should only enter the meet if they definitely plan to participate.
