The 3.1 mile cross country course starts and finishes at Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park.
This is a two lap rugged, cross-country course.
Spikes may be worn.

Entry Fees:
$50 per varsity team / $100 for both varsity teams. (JV free with varsity entry fee).

Packet Pick-up:
Packets will be available in the gazebo near the restrooms. Teams can pick-up packets and course maps on Saturday after 2pm. Please pick-up packets at least 1 hour before race time.

Bus loading/Unloading – Use the main park entrance into the parking lot near the tennis courts. Team camps should be set up in the fenced in area enclosing the gazebos which athletes can easily walk to from the parking lot if dropped off here.

Bus parking – it is our recommendation that the buses park further down the road at either one of the two schools on the main road, Lake Asbury Elementary or Lake Asbury Junior High School. There is also a great pizza restaurant in the Win Dixie shopping center at the corner where busses could also park.

Parent/Spectator parking – there are several parking areas available. The first is at the main entrance near the tennis courts, another is at the secondary entrance in the front, and there is also some parking towards the back near the fishing pond. We will NOT be charging for either parking or spectator admission to the event. Only teams
need to pay the entry fee for racing.

Team Camps – please set up team camps in the fenced off area near the cluster of gazebos only.

Concessions – we will have a small concession area set up for purchase of water, sports drinks, chips, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, and some other small items. Cash only.

Team race packets – We will have race packet pick up available at one of the gazebos nearest to the fishing pond starting at 2pm.

Timing and Scoring – We have the support of the Florida Striders Track Club and will have a large digital clock at the finish and all times will be recorded and entered onto within 48 hours. The race will be chip timed by 1st Place Sports.
