Time: 10:00 am......Coaches' Scratch meeting
10:30 am......Girls' Race
11:00 am......Boys' race
11:30 am......Awards Presentation
Entry: Only eligible high school athletes may participate. The initial team roster of twelve (12) runners must be submitted electronically to the GHSA MIS site no later than Friday, October 10, 2017. No additions may be made after this date.
Teams: A varsity team shall consist of at least five and no more than seven athletes. They should be listed on the entry form. If they are not on the entry form that is sent in, they are ineligible to run. NO ADDITIONS MAY BE MADE THE DAY OF THE RACE!!
Scoring: The top five finishers from each team will score points toward the team total. If a team does not have at least five finishers, that team's participants will be deleted before team scores are totaled.
Scratches: A coach's scratch meeting will be held at 10:00 am. This meeting will take place at the registration table near the starting line. Athletes may be scratched from the roster, but NONE may be added.
Awards: The top two teams will receive Trophies and the top six individuals will receive medals. The top four teams and the top six individuals will advance to the state meet.
Restrooms are available at the course. Athletes should come dressed to run.
