To enter this event you must have a password for flrunners online entry. To obtain the password will need to do the following. Cut the top portion of this flyer out (see cut line below) and send with a check in the mail to B3R Sports Atten :Dusty Smith 9151 NW 40th Street Chiefland, FL 32626. On the check please type the coaches/ parents e-mail so I will know who to send the password to. If paying with a credit card please e-mail me (dusty@b3rsports.com) the individual who is paying e-mail. I will then send a PayPal invoice via e-mail, once I have confirmation of the payment I will then send the password to the individual that paid. W-9 form is available upon request.
Coach Information
The Florida Youth XC Regions will consist of a middle & elementary school 3k & 2K. There will be no assigned starting boxes; it will be first come first serve. To qualify from this region to the state meet in Ocala on Novemver 18th you must simply finish the race. The course will be open Friday November 3rd for course preview from 2pm-5pm. You can pick up your packets at this time and get team van passes. Team tents must be set up in the designated team tent area. Please refer to the course map for the designated team tent area. This meet will follow the FHSAA Region 1 1A, 2A, 3A region. The FHSAA region will take place in the morning and the Youth XC Region will take place in the afternoon. If you come in the morning to watch the high school kids you will be charged $5 per vehicle and there is a gate fee of $7 per person. If you just come in the afternoon for the Youth XC Region you will be charged $10 per vehicle.

Online Entry
Registration will be on www.flrunners.com. To be able to register your team, you must pay for your team first in order to get the password to open up the registration. Registration will end Tuesday, October 31st at midnight. Each team will consist of no more than 10 runners. If a club or school would like to add an additional team (B team) there will be an additional entry fee. Any additions or changes after the entry deadline up till Friday the 17th will be $5 per change. This includes spelling errors as well as additions. Saturday morning there will be no changes allowed! Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick up will start when the course opens Friday at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. It will open again Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Coaches must pay online or mail checks in with enough time to receive before Monday October 30th to enter no checks will be accepted the day of the event. Coaches & parents please make sure you get your packets 30 minutes before your race to ensure enough time to get the timing chips signed out and onto your runner's shoes. Coaches & parents will be in charge of returning the timing chips back where they picked their packets up. Any lost timing chips will be a $20 fine per missing chip.
Parents Information
Admission/ Parking
There will be a $10 per vehicle charge for spectator parking. Clearly identified Team buses and team vans are free, if a parent has an athlete in the car they still have to pay $10. Buses and team vans can pick up their free parking pass on Friday with their packets. Cash and credit cards accepted. When using a credit card there is a $1 transaction fee added to the total. Coaches please make sure your parents are aware of this!
Saturday Morning
Saturday morning there is a FHSAA XC Regional taking place in the park. If you come to the park between 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. you will be charged $5 to park and $7 per person to get in. The FHSAA event should be cleared out by noon and we will start collecting parking for the Florida Youth XC Regional at noon.

Individual Awards
Top 10 individuals will receive medals
Individuals must be present at awards ceremony to receive award. We will not give them out early or mail them.
