Entry Fee:
* $115 for each school. This covers timer as well as FHSAA Team Trophies and Individual Medals.
* JV team FREE with entry of Varsity.
Entries:
* You do not need to set up online entry for XC districts. The FHSAA puts your district entry list in for you and sends it out to the district host / timing company. Register your state lists through Home Campus.
* JV will be an open race with boys and girls. This will be a running clock without bibs or record. Teams can record their own times for their JV runners.
Coaches, please let your parents and spectators know:
* General admission fees: $6 per spectator adult and student alike. Athletes MUST be wearing uniform to get in free, coaches need their FHSAA coaches card (orange this year) to get in free, or at least a shirt or something that shows you are the team coach, two per team will be free. Parking is free.
* Concession stand will be open selling beverages.

* Trophy for 1st and 2nd place teams
* Medals for all individual Regional qualifiers, 15 total, in each race. (Girls and Boys Varsity)
Course:
* mostly flat with a hill, grass and dirt, well groomed trail section in the woods
* a race map will be updated to this page as it gets closer to race day
