Entry deadline is 8:00am, Wednesday, September 30th. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A SUBSCRIBER TO FLRUNNERS IN ORDER TO REGISTER!

Entry Fees
$45 for a single Varsity Boys or Girls team, $90 for both. $10 per individual Varsity Runner. You may send a check in the mail or pay on race day. Make checks payable to West Florida High School, 2400 Longleaf Drive Pensacola Florida, 32526 Attn: Coach Jeff Oliver. Open race is free for anyone to run. For the Open Race we will set the clocks but their will be no awards or results.

Admission
$2 per vehicle, comes with a free drink ticket.

Team Dinner Social
We will be hosting a team dinner social the night before the race from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. It will be held at Sam's Fun City, which is located at 6709 Pensacola Blvd., Pensacola Fl, 32505. The dinner will be a Pasta Buffet including salad, desserts and drinks for only $10 a person. This event will also include Unlimited Go-karts(Family and Rookie Track) OR Unlimited Laser Tag for $10.00 per person from 5:30pm-9pm on Friday October 2nd.

Hotel Rates
The Best Western Blue Angel Inn is one of the newest hotels in Pensacola and it is very close to the Equestrian Center. They will have a special low rate of $69.95 + Tax a night for teams attending the Gulf Coast Stampede. This hotel is ranked 8 out of 69 for Pensacola and has the highest ranking for under $100.
