COURSE: This scenic course is very spectator friendly and runs quick (even when wet!).
Entry Fees: $35 per varsity team / $60 for both varsity teams. (JV free with varsity entry fee).
Make checks payable to: Ponte Vedra High School.
Entry fees must be received before race packets will be handed out.
Registration: Teams must register online on flrunners.com. We will cap the field at 22 teams per race. From your list of athletes you enter, you may designate who you wish to run JV and varsity on race day. It is unnecessary to report to meet management which athletes you designate as your varsity athletes. We will identify who your race contestants are by who crosses the finish line for each race.
Deadline for registering on www.flrunners.com is Tuesday, September 21st.
Scoring: The meet will be electronically scored with place card back up. Coaches please get your results turned in immediately after each race to the finish line table.
Schedule:
7:15: Coaches meeting in front of the grand stand bleachers of football field (@ hospitality tent)
8:00: Varsity Boys 5K race
8:40: Varsity Girls 5K race
9:20: JV Boys 5K race
10:00: JV Girls 5K race
Team Awards: Plaques to top two boys and girls varsity teams. Plaques awarded to top boys and girls JV.
Individual Awards: Ribbons to the top fifteen males and females in each race.
Packet Pick-up: Teams can pick-up packets and course maps on Friday (4-6:00pm) or Saturday morning. Please pick-up packets at least 1 hour before race.
Concessions: Our concession stand will offer drinks & snacks.
