Come join us at Seffner Christian Academy in Seffner, Florida to kick off the 2010 cross country season for the younger runners in the Tampa Bay Area.

Come run with me! for free! but that means I spend no money on you. I give you a block of numbers, you make your own BIBs.
What do I give you? a chance to run your kids and get their racing butts into shape. This is also a good time to start training in your parent volunteers. I have noticed it takes all season to train the parents.

I will have 3 races, 1 mile for the young new kids, both boys and girls. a 2 mile girls and a 2 mile boys.

Late Roster changes: If you make a last minute roster change, meaning right before the race, you will have to bring me a McDonald's Mocha Frappe or a large Thirst Buster Diet Coke to ease my aggravation.
