Coaches Meeting - 3:30 PM
Girls Race - 4:30 PM
Boys Race - 5:00 PM
General: Please enter 10 runners in the meet. You can run anybody that is listed on your entry list of 15.
Portalets will be located on the site and grounds for the runners to use. Please do not use the baseball complex restrooms and please do not go into the baseball complex. The baseball team at Polk will be using the field and complex. Do not cross the road and go to the softball complex to use their restrooms.
Tents will be allowed in the tent area only. Please do not place your tents in the finish line area side.
Please park in the parking lot at Polk State College.
Please clean up your area when the meet is over.
All races will start on time. We will not wait on any team.
If the district meet shows a net loss, each participating school will be responsible to help pay for the expenses. The total loss will be divided up equally and billed to your school's athletic director.
