Open to all middle schools and elementary schools, public or private. Individuals welcomed too.
Entry Fee $25.00 per school or $5.00 for individuals
Schedule
4:30Pm middle school girls (5th grade thru 8th grade) 2 miles
5:00pm middle school boys (5th grade thru 8th grade) 2 miles
5:30pm Elementary mile (4th grade and under) 1 mile

Authentic cross country running can be found at Sydney Dover Horse Trails, located East of Brandon on SR 60. Runners start in a big open field, run past the spectators then into the woods for a 1 mile loop. After running over hills, down a wide grassy path and thru beach sand, the competitors come back out, circle the spectator field and kick for the finishline in front of family and friends.

Bring your video cameras to record the little kids racing the elementary mile taking place in the big field.
