$30 per gender Varsity team (max ten runners only top seven used in scoring)

Make checks payable to "Cross Country Club"

The course is a one loop 5K course so all three races will be going at the same time with off set starting times.

In an effort to take advantage of the earlier/cooler weather we will have boys and girls varsity races running on the course at the same time.

High School Boys Race 8:00 a.m. CST
High School Girls Race 8:10 a.m. CST
Open 5K Race after the girls race finishes ($3 per runner)

Blue Springs swim and cook out. We will have access to the Blue Springs Park after the race. There are charcoal grills and a beach volley ball court. The charge to enter the park is $2 per head. Everyone will pay at the gate.

Directions to Blue Springs from MHS stadium: Turn left on County Road 166 (Caverns Road)go approx 1mile and take a right on Hwy 71 go approx 2.4 miles and turn left on county road 164 (blue springs hwy) go approx 3.2 miles and blue springs park is on the right.
