Personal Activities: Walking, Cycling, stationary bike, eliptical machine, and weights. Have competed in two triathlons, numerous 5K, 10K, 15K's and one 1/2 marathon.
Aug. 4, 2007 - K-Dog Express (Kris, Meredith and Morgan Keppel) won the Sprint Triathlon Relay in Land O' Lakes in a time of 1:01.

My wife Dar also runs and bikes, married 26 years. She has done a few marathons and half marathons. Dar has competed in the LOL Triathlon for the past 4 years.
