About Me
I used to beat all my kids in 5k's, now even the 13 year old dusts me....
I ran the Disney Half Marathon and was in traction for a week....
I've been told I'm an 8 minute miler in the body of a 10 minute miler......is that good?
I've been called a coaching "genius" & been told "you have no idea what you're talking about" all in the same sentence.....
I find I'm often ignored at races when I am screaming out great advice (i.e. "RUN FASTER....")....
