Currently a Graduate Assistant track coach at Minot State University. Sprint, Hurdle, and Horizontal jump coach.

Mentored by Dennis Mitchell and Don DeNoon while interning and then working at the National Training Center from 2005-2007. Assisted Don with everyday track and cross-country duties, events, and youth training. Assisted Dennis with his elite training groups. While assisting Dennis I was privileged to help him coach potential Olympians, NFL athletes, and some top high school athletes from different sports. Dennis took me under his wing and taught me a lot about the sprint and hurdle events as well as speed training for other sports. Moved on to Florida High and started off assisting another great coach Gretchen Sims, learning more about coaching and the duties that come with it at the high school level. All three of these individuals have set me up for success in coaching and I am forever grateful for that.
