Episcopal sophomore Caroline Johnston is one of the top multi-athletes in 2A placing third in the 100m hurdles and 8th in the high jump in 2016. Jacob Fuller had the chance to catch up with her at a recent workout with the Jacksonville Athletic Club to see her regiment and find out why she's excelling in the track and in the field. Johnston also trains with her Episcopal teammates and coach K'Vonte Scott when she is not working out with Eli Sunquist and the JAC.

Sunshine State athletes will have to wait nearly a month and a half before Florida hosts its first indoor and only indoor meet, Jimmy Carnes, at the University of Florida. However, the Jacksonville Athletic Club (JAC) is taking their own initiative and heading north to North Carolina for an early taste at competition on the oval. Coach Eli Sunquist says the following athletes will be competing on Saturday at the  NCRunners Holiday Invitational at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Greene Climbs Up Florida All-Time HJ Ranks With 6'0 Clearance Todd Grasley Feb 1, 2015

Nicole Greene climbed up the HJ rankings becoming only the fourth Florida girl to eclipse 6'0". JAC teammate David Bell made his mark on the pole vault rankings, while members of the Fast Lane Track Club set new meet records and brought home gold medals from the Eastern High School Challenge on the campus of UNC.

Ponte Vedra senior and UNC signee Nicole Greene wasn't too far from her future home when she soared a US#1 5'10" on her first attempt to win the NCRunners Holiday Invitational at the JDL Fast Track in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Greene says it was amazing hitting that mark in her first meet of the season.
