Course Overview: The course starts out with a short grass straitaway and then runners head right and onto an apparently defined orange clay trail. The runners seldom diverge from this yellow path, which goes around a huge grass field and baseball field next to the parking lot at PCC. They follow this path around the field, making two loops...on the third loop they will cross the street. Here they will make a loop around the new softball complex and accross a grass field (sometimes high grass, the only slow part of the course) before recrossing the street, and coming back around on the orange clay trail through a herd of cheering fans to the final straitaway. The course is very fast. The clay trail offers excellent rebound and stiff competition futher adds to the quickness of the times. The course is wheeled and accurate at 3.0 miles. Observation: This course is ideal for fans and coaches, as it is set over a large open field. One could watch almost the entire place from one strategic location. Parking: Parking facilities are directly adjacent to the field, and are plentiful. Attachments
