We wanted to see how the top senior girls in the state have improved since they were freshman. To do this we took the top seniors of 2014 and looked at each of their season bests since 2011. The theory is that as girls age their times don't increase as much as their male counterparts. However, several ladies on this list are out to prove that theory wrong including four girls who improved more than three minutes in four years!
