After a humbling defeat last week at the Texas Relays at the hands of the Fort Bend Marshall boys, the US #1 ranked boys 4x400 meter relay from American High School in Hialeah, Florida along with their head coach, Coach Knowles, got their swagger back and full "A" squad for the Florida Relays this weekend. American improved upon their nation's best time with a 3:12.86!
