Workout Wednesday: East Lake XC

East Lake cross country is one of the top programs in Pinellas County. We headed down to Eagle Country to take in one of their workouts.

The Workout

  • Dynamic warm up and drills
  • Three mile run (first mile fast)
  • Weights (circuit training and core)
