Four Seminoles Win At the Husker Invite

For the Florida State University\'s men\'s and women\'s track and field squads, three individuals and one relay team took first place in their respective meets among a highly competitive field at the Husker Invite hosted by the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE.

Senior Rachel Evjen won the women\'s 5000m run in a time of 16:31.96. Junior cross country and track All-American Natalie Hughes took the women\'s mile run in a time of 4:42.69. The women\'s 4x400m relay team took first in a mark of 3:44.39 behind fast running by freshman Dana Massiah, sophomores Kim Adams and LaKendra McColumn and senior Tamara Campbell.

On the men\'s side, freshman Tom Lancashire won his first race of the season besting the men\'s one-mile field in a time of 4:04.33.
