Why: Cooper set freshman national records indoors in the 60m, 200m, and 400m last season and will make his 2017 indoor debut on the brand new Liberty University track. "Smoke" will compete in the 55m, 300m, and 500m this weekend and told us earlier in the week he hopes to put on a show for the fans and break more records.
