Gulliver Prep Freshman Natalie Varela Talks Vision For 2017 Season

Gulliver Prep freshman Natalie Varela is no stranger to success. As an 8th grader she won the FLYRA Middle School State Championship in both the 800 and 1,500m and was the 2A runner-up behind Caitlin Collier in both the 1,600 and 3,200m. On the cross country course she was 4th at the state meet and ran a personal best of 17:46.53 at the Flrunners.com Invitational Race of Champions. Jesus Batista caught up with her to talk about her plans for the 2017 track season.
