New Smyrna Beach Runners Win Local "Shark Bite" Half Marathon and 5k
New Smyrna Beach senior and recent UNF signee, Aidan O'Gorman, won the Shark Bite Half Marathon on Sunday in a time of 1:13.32 -- that a 5:37 mile average!
O'Gorman's NSB teammate, Griffin Cooney, was the 5k overall winner in a time of 17:25 for a solid tempo effort. With times like these, O'Gorman and Cooney are expected to have one heck of an outdoor season.
