Tamari Davis - Oak Hall School
What she has done: Don't blink or you may miss Tamari Davis taking the indoor national scene by storm. Davis has had an exceptional season thus far and we expect her to do nothing less coming into the outdoor season. In the past few weeks, Davis has moved up to be the US no. 1 in both the 60m and 200m dash indoors. Last indoor season, Davis took home the 60m and 200m New Balance National title and then followed that up with a 200m outdoor state championship title, and a 100m and 200m New Balance National title.
What's to come: This Oak Hall transfer sophomore will be going down from 3A to 1A this season and it will be a hard feat to beat her this season with her 11.13 100m PR and 22.48 200m PR. It is likely that we will see two more state titles and two more national titles in Davis' very bright future.
