Here is everything you need to know for the FLYRA Middle School States weekend. 

Location: 

  • Bus entrance: 2402 Holloway Park Drive Lakeland, FL 33812
  • Spectator entrance: Holloway Park Lakeland Highlands Road Lakeland, FL 33803

Parking Fee: $10.00 on Saturday 10/26

Packet Pick-up: 

  • Big Top Tent: pick up packets before races. Races are chipped timed with bibs, every racer needs a chip on their shoe and bib on the front. 

Weather Forecast + Meet Management's Weather Plan: 

  • 40% chance of rain on Friday 10/25
  • 50% chance of rain on Saturday 10/26 with slight chance of showers and wind gusts.
  • Weather Plan: In case of "thunder or lightening," meet management will delay until clear. If only rain, meet management will keep to schedule. 

Friday Elementary Race Schedule: 

3:00 PM Packet Pick Up Opens. All

4:00 PM Elementary Coaches Meeting 

4:30 PM K-2 grade, Boys/Girls 1K unlimited entries

4:45 PM 3rd-5th grade Girls 2K  unlimited entries

5:10 PM 3rd-5th grade Boys 2k unlimited entries

Awards following the last race

Saturday  Middle School Race Schedule: 

6:30 am Parking Gates Open

7:00 am Packet Pick up

8:30 am   MS Girls Public/Charter School Championship 3k 

8:50 am  MS Boys Public/Charter School  Championship 3k 

9:10 am MS Girls Private School Championship 3k 
9:30am MS Boys Private School Championship 3k  

9:50am  MS Girls Open All Schools 3k No Qualifying needed.

10:20am  MS Boys Open All Schools 3k No Qualifying needed  
 Awards for all Saturday races will begin after the last race and in order of the race schedule.
