Multi-talented middle distance recruit, Robert Pedroza, recently signed to continue his academic and athletic careers as a UNF Osprey following graduation in 2020.
The Key West senior has had 45 individual wins over the course of his career and holds PR's of 1:52 in the 800m, 4:13 in the 1600m, 49.62 in the 400m, and 15:38 cross country 5k PR on the Apalachee Regional Park course.
UNF is cleaning house this year when it comes to recruiting strong Florida distance guys. Pedroza joins Astronaut standout, Gavin O'Brien, Windermere's Onix Ortiz, Armwood's Jake Turner, Nease's Justin Tackling, South Florida Heat's Jack Anderton, and South Fork's Thomas Weiler.
