How To Watch Live 3 Of Florida's Toughest Regions To Survive

With 15 of the 16 FHSAA regionals being contested on the same day of Saturday, May 15th, we had to make a tough decision on which of those meets to live stream. We think we picked three of the toughest regions to qualify out of between 4A Region 4 at Tropical Park in Miami as the lone regional meet going off on Friday, April 30th followed by 4A Region 1 at Flagler Palm Coast High (Bunnell HS) and 3A Region 4 at Traz Powell Stadium (Miami, FL) on Saturday.

FHSAA 4A Region 4
Friday, April 30th @ Tropical Park in Miami - 2:30 PM Start

The girls' hurdles at 4A Region 4 will see several of the country's fastest face-off between North Miami's Amanda Kinloch and the St. Thomas Aquinas pair of Eddiyah Frye and Alexis Glasco. Someone is going to have finish third among the national class group.

FHSAA 3A Region 1

Saturday, May 1st at Traz Powell Stadium in Miami - 12 PM Start

Not just speed found down in South Florida as great distance runners as well including Belen Jesuit's Javier Vento as a sub 4:10 miler and 9:06 performer in the 3200 helped his squad run a 7:52 4x800 meter relay last week at districts.

FHSAA 4A Region 1

Saturday, May 1st at Flagler Palm Coast HS in Palm Coast - 12 PM Start

All in on the 800 meters run for championship season, could we see Oviedo senior Samuel Austin dip under his US #1 1:50.00 season best time in the event at regionals?
