Rachael Uvieghara (Palm Harbor University) - Girls 100m, 200m
One of the state's promising young sprinters and the fastest in all of Pinellas County, which is the host for Friday's competition, is Palm Harbor University freshmen Rachael Uvieghara. Uvieghara was a double winner the last time she stepped on the track at East Lake High School winning county titles in both the 100 and 200 meter dash. She will be a top contender in both on Friday once again with her remarkable personal bests as a ninth grader in 11.94 in the 100 and 24.19 in the 200.
