Anna Cincotta (East Lake) - Girls 100H
It is only fitting that one of the stars of the meet is a local favorite for the home crowd on her home track competing in East Lake senior hurdler Anna Cincotta. Consistently ranked among the top 10 ranked hurdlers in the state of Florida throughout the season, Cincotta has thrived in both hurdles races (although running just 100H at Golden South) with season-best times of 14.18 in 100-meter hurdles and 44.16 in the 300-meter hurdles. Her teammate Micahela Hill won last week's Golden South Series race in the 100-meter hurdles and the duo could potentially go 1-2 on their home track one last time together on Friday before Cincoctta graduates and moves onto Florida Atlantic Unversity.
